STEP BY STEP GUIDE
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
Many of my clients have never had a professional photoshoot before and, even if they had, I do things a little differently. I look after everything from planning your session and providing a relaxed and enjoyable portrait experience, to organising your artwork and delivering it to your door!
This is a step-by-step guide so you know what to expect from booking a session with Meegan Wilmot Photography…
1/ SESSION DEPOSIT
A $150 deposit is required to secure your session date and time. All session include:
+ 60-90 minute photoshoot at an outdoor or in-home location of your choice
+ Photoshoot planning and exclusive access to my Client Guide to help you prepare for your session
+ Access to my Client Closet and Style Guide to help you select the perfect outfits for you and your family
+ Image editing in my signature style
+ Slideshow presentation of your images and selection gallery sent within 72 hours of your session
2/ PLANNING
This is where I start to get to know you and your family better! All my clients are unique, so your photoshoot should be too. To help me get to know you better, I send out a client questionnaire a few weeks prior to your shoot for you to complete.
You’ll also gain access to the client section of my website which has lots of helpful information; how to prepare for your photoshoot, Styling Guide/Client Closet, and the artwork ordering process that follows.
3/ YOUR SESSION
This is where the magic happens! We spend around 60-90 minutes together capturing the special bond between you and your loved ones.
I try to keep things very relaxed, and I know I’ve been successful when my clients walk away from their session with, not only beautiful photos, but also great memories of our time together.
At the start of your shoot, we’ll go through some of my most popular products, including wall art, prints and albums.
4/ IMAGE SELECTION
This has to be one of my favourite parts - delivering your digital gallery and beautiful artwork.
Your digital gallery will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after you finalise your images selection.
If you purchase any artwork or printed products, these will be delivered approximately 4-6 weeks after your digital gallery.
Now you’ll be able to admire and display your images for years to come!
5/ DELIVERY & ENJOY
Within 72 hours of your photoshoot, your best images will be viewable via an online preview gallery.
From here you will select your favourite images and select and pay for any additional images or heirloom artwork.
